Senior Architect, Underground and InfrastructureOsloFull time
You will lead the architecture of caverns, portals and stations from concept to construction, working beside our rock and tunnelling engineers from the first day. You will run a design team of four to six and represent the practice in client and contractor meetings.
- At least eight years in practice, including a completed underground or infrastructure project
- Fluency in Revit and Rhino, and the habit of sketching by hand
- Norwegian or English

Join the façade group that designs our envelopes, from self-shading ceramic panels to blast-rated glazing and windows that hold back the sea. You will take façades from concept through testing, tender and site, and spend time in our test workshop.
- Five or more years of façade engineering
- A degree in structural, civil or building engineering
- Thermal and structural analysis of curtain walls; experience with physical testing is a strong advantage

Instinctual Lab builds the geometry, simulation and sensor tools behind our buildings. You will write the parametric and analysis workflows our project teams use every day, and help turn measured data from completed buildings into better design rules.
- Fluency in Grasshopper and Python; C# or a similar language
- Experience with environmental or structural simulation
- A portfolio that shows tools other people have used

You will run the architecture of secure workplaces and campuses in the Americas, coordinating protection, structure and landscape so that a building stays open and calm for the people who use it. Some travel to sites in North and South America.
- Six or more years of experience and a US architecture licence or equivalent
- Experience coordinating specialist consultants on complex buildings
- Eligibility for security screening, which some clients require

Our Environments group designs air, water, heat and power for stations that cannot rely on the outside world. You will model and specify air revitalisation, water recovery and energy systems with redundancy at every step, and join commissioning at remote sites.
- A degree in mechanical, chemical or building services engineering
- Four or more years in building services, process or marine systems
- Willingness to travel to extreme sites for several weeks a year

Two years, three studios: you will spend eight months in each of three of our six studios, working on live projects and on one research question of your own, with a partner as your mentor throughout.
- A master’s degree in architecture or engineering, completed between June 2026 and September 2027
- A portfolio of no more than twenty pages
